The declaration was made on Saturday in Enugu during the flag-off of the APC Women's Mobilization Campaign and South-East Women Empowerment Programme, which was attended by First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

Kalu pointed out that after the civil war, the promise of the 3Rs of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration made to Ndi Igbo remained unfulfilled for nearly 60 years until Tinubu assumed the presidency.
